Since 1992, Anton and Elfriede Waldschütz have been creating fantastic quality Austrian wines with love and passion, while paying a great attention to preserving nature. The vineyards are located on the sunny slopes of the well-known wine region of Kamptal. The region is subject to both warm breezes from the Pannonian plain, but also cooling air from the Bohemian Massif. The resulting large diurnal range means that the wines have a high level of acidity.
With these ideal viticultural factors producing perfectly balanced grapes, the family chose to craft a Riesling that shows purity. This white is dry, crisp and zingy with notes of citrus, white nectarine and a core of minerality. You can enjoy this as an aperitif, but it also goes well with most seafood dishes, such as moule frites, pan-seared sea bass and Gambas al Ajillo.
