THE VINEYARD:
Tsiakkas Winery is located in Pelendri village in Limassol region. Costas Tsiakkas established the winery in 1988 which he runs with his wife Maria. They own 5 hectares of fantastic mountainous vineyards which are located at an altitude of 1000-1400m. The winery emphasises the production of high quality wines from indigenous varieties.
THE WINERY:
Cold maceration for 1 -2 days and then a controlled temperature fermination with selected yeast. Some battonage is done and aging for 2 months in tanks.
TASTING:
A developed bouquet with zesty citrus aromas, peaches, nectarines notes and white flower tones. A crisp acidity and pleasant after-taste
