Named for Ersa, the Greek goddess of dew, this is a smooth and elegant offering from the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna. The owner and winemaker at Tenuta di Fessina, Silvia Maestrelli, only uses indigenous grape varieties for her wines, and this blend of red and white varieties (Nerello Mascalese/Nerello Cappuccio/Minnella/Carricante) makes for a delicious, easy drinking treat.

Crunchy cranberry and sour cherry notes are supported on the palate by a core of chalky minerality, hints of pink pepper, and just a whisper of tannic structure; a natural pairing for many traditional pasta dishes such as lasagne or ravioli.
