DESCRIPTION

The Gimonnet family has been entrenched in the Champagne region since 1750, producing grapes of exquisite quality. It was only in the 1920s that Pierre built the family winery, enabling him to transform the fruit from his exceptional Premier and Grand Cru vineyards into his own expression of Champagnes. Pierre's Grandsons, Olivier and Didier, are now in charge and continue to drive high quality and the traditional family vision today.

This is an expression on a Blanc de Blanc Champagne in its purest form. Beautiful, energetic circus profile, complimented by deep fruit flavours with a mineral profile. A lovely rich toastiness on the finish.
