DESCRIPTION

With only 12 hectares of vineyards, Pascale Riviere puts her life and soul into the management of her organic and biodynamic estate, producing fruit of exceptional quality.

With a recent Legion d’Honneur under her belt, her outstanding wines speak for themselves. Previously employed as a journalist turned teacher turned writer, she then began making wine when she ‘fell in love at first sight’ with her estate in 1998.

This Bleu Velours blend is predominately Carignan and Syrah giving a complex spicy and rich palate with dark fruits, smoke and smooth tannins.
Drinking now until 2027.

Give this French wine a twist and pair it with some classic British dishes like bangers and mash, black pudding and a Lancashire hotpot. Marvellous!
