Huia Marlborough Pinot Gris 2019

Huia is located in the Wairau Valley in Marlborough, at the north eastern tip of the South Island. Huia Vineyards was established by Claire and Mike Allan when they first planted the vines in 1994. At Huia, the creation of good wine and a commitment to the environment go hand in hand. With the mission to create wines in the most sustainable way possible.

This Pinot Gris leans towards the Alsatian style – with riper fruit characters, backed by refreshing acidity, but also has well rounded texture. The palate is rich with a creamy texture and bursting with ripe pear, peach and a touch of delicate baking spice notes.
