THE VINEYARD:
The vineyard lies on a sandy loam soils with clay and other rock deposits. Tenute costa are close to Agrigento, western Sicily by the sea, and the Guyot vines benefit from the maritime climate as well for the south west facing exposure over 200 mt in Valle del Belice.
THE WINERY:
Whole bunch with fermentation in stainless steel vats.
TASTING:
Inzolia delivers this nutty and fruity juice, matured apples, jasmine and herbs. Creamy acidity provides a long floral finish. Nice pairing with seafood and matured meats.
