Celler Pardas is part of the new generation of producers in Catalonia focussing on their terroirs and indigenous grape varieties, such as Xarel.lo. This project began when local vine growers Ramón Parera and Jordi Arnan took over the estate in Alt Penedés. Their focus is on preserving the health of their land, thus farms organically. This particular Xarel.lo sees partial oak ageing for enhanced texture.
