Burckel Jung reflects the hard works achieved by over eight generations of the family winemakers. Here, the connection they have with nature and the practice of sustainability are given priorities. Créments are made via traditional methods. As such, this is one of our favourite alternatives to Champagnes. This bubbly is made from 72% Pinot Blanc and 28% Pinot Gris which were harvested and sorted by hand before being gently pressed. Then, it's been matured for 12 months in the bottle as the wine underwent secondary alcoholic fermentation.
This crémant is fresh, floral and elegant with fine bubbles and the finish is round and toasty. It is a fine aperitif wine, but also pairs wonderfully with some shellfish.
