THE WINEMAKER

Philippe Collotte is a quiet man but a passionate winemaker producing incredible wines in the appellations of Marsannay, Fixin and Chambolle-Musigny. He strongly restricts his yields, carefully selects fruit at harvest and bottles unfiltered, resulting in powerfully expressive wines.
